Pasta Supper/Popcorn Update

We are going to have the boys make Troop posters for the Popcorn Show “n Sells. Scouts, may you please bring in pictures of Troop 5 activities either this week or next week to the meeting? You will make the posters next week.

On Saturday, October 25,2007, Middlebury Boy Scout
Troop 5 will be hosting our third annual pasta
dinner, which is one of our largest fundraisers for
the year.
There are two ways in which help is needed in this
effort-
1. First, we are having a silent auction and
would appreciate any items you or your friends or
family members may have available to offer. Friends or family members who own a business, may be able to
contribute in any of the following ways.
gift basket or service
Gift certificates
A special hand-crafted item
A “seconds” gift that you just don’t
know what to do with
Jewelry
An antique item
Artwork from a local artist
Anything else you can think of
2. Second, tell all your friends and family members they can help by
purchasing advertising space on the placemat that we will be using the night of our dinner. Spaces are available for as low as $15.00 and
are also available at $25.00 and $50.00 increments.
