Eagle Project/September Calendar

Wednesday, September 5th, 2007

From Scout Nick M:

To Troop 5:

I am going to be doing my Eagle Project on Sept. 8 and
Sept. 9 up at White Memorial. I need as many
volunteers as possible. This is a good opportunity to
earn service hours for advancement. We will be
working from 1:30-4:00 on Saturday and from 12:00-5:00
on Sunday. I will bring a sign-up sheet to the troop
meeting on Thursday, but if you want to come and help
me and you are not going to the Troop meeting, please
email me. If you do plan on
coming, please remember to bring gloves.

Thanks,

Nick M.

From Committee Chairman Maureen Marcucci:

I have been getting some questions about the calendar
for September. The Senior Patrol Leader will be
handing out the calendar for the year at the Court of
Honor, but until that time, you might want to note the
following dates:

September 6th – Scoutmaster Conferences, Patrol Leader
Elections, Order of the Arrow Election, Popcorn
Kickoff

September 8th – Bottle Drive 9 AM to 1 PM – help is
needed!!!

September 13th – Boards of Review

September 20th – Troop Meeting/pack gear for campout

September 21st-23rd – Troop Campout

September 27th – Court of Honor at the church

October 4th – Committee Meeting & Summer Camp
Slideshow

Thursday, September 6th

Sunday, September 2nd, 2007

From Dave Redline, Scoutmaster:

Hi all,

As mentioned at the last meeting we are holding patrol
and Order of the Arrow elections this week – it is
important that everyone attend the meeting (in full
class A uniforms of course). We are also holding
Scoutmaster conferences this week – remember to bring
all of your blue cards. This assists in making the
board of review easier for the board and you.

See you Thursday!

Thanks,

Mr. Redline, Scoutmaster
