No meeting February 22nd/Candy Drive
Hello Troop 5:
I) Please note: Due to school vacation week, there
is no Troop 5 meeting on Thursday, February 22nd.
II) On Thursday, March 1st, Tefta Bushka, our candy
drive chairman will be distributing boxes of candy for
the Scouts to sell. This fundraiser supported the
Troop last year by rasing $900. Please do your best
to take one box to sell!!!
***Please bring your checks for $36 (per box) made out
to Troop 5 and give them directly to Tefta Bushka.
Payment must be made prior to receiving your box.***
III) On Saturday, March 3rd, from 7:30 A.M. to 3:15
P.M. Troop 5 will be selling additional candy bars at
the Middlebury Transfer Station. In particular,
Scouts need to volunteer for the following time slots:
11:30-1:30 P.M.
1:30-3:15 P.M.
Believe it or not, we have some hardy volunteers for
the 7:30-9:30 A.M. and 9:30-11:30 A.M. time slots, but
more are always welcome!
