Troop 5 Update – 5/8/06

Parents are needed for the May campout. If you can attend even one night, please contact Robin Redline, Outdoor Activities Chairman.

Cheers to Tefta Bushka! Only two boxes of candy remain from our candy drive. If you can sell a box, please contact Tefta.

We need parent volunteers for either the 9-11:00 or the 11-1:00 June 3rd Bottle Drive shifts. Please contact Tom DeAngelis at.
***If you know of a ‘bottle or can stockpile/source’, Troop 5 will make arrangements for a pickup.***

If you are going to go on a campout or are thinking of running a merit badge, BSA Youth Protection Training is required. You may do this online by going to http://www.ctrivers.org/training_programs.asp click on english or spanish to start. Also, the Safe Swim Defense/Safety Afloat may be done online at http://www.scouting.org/pubs/aquatics/index2.html
